If you wish to provide full details now, use the right form.  If you want to use the short form on the left, we can contact you by text or call to gather the information we need at your convenience. 

Prior to putting together your itinerary and booking your trip, you will verify the information we have for you, then you will receive a link to submit payment.  The itinerary fee is due up front. If you wish to continue with The Campsite Concierge handling the booking once you accept the itinerary, then you will receive a second request for payment for the amount of our Booking fee and the total of the campground fees.  

With either service, you will receive a single PDF file outlining all the details for your stay, and if applicable, your booking confirmations. 

After payment, you will receive your proposed itinerary within 3 business days.  Once paid, bookings will be verified within 2 business days.
