The Campsite Concierge Fee Schedule

Booking/Planning Fees (Campground costs not included):

Bookings atleast 60 days in advance pay the standard fee. See below for more urgent bookings

Itinerary Only:  $/week, 1 week minimum

Weekend Special:  $50, includes 1 stop for up to 3 nights (National Parks excluded)

Itinerary and Reservations:  $/week, 1 week minimum

National and State Park Premiums:  *25% of trip cost in addition to standard booking fees

        (Applicable only to certain National Parks and State Parks that are difficult to secure sites)

Less than 60 Day Advance booking Premium:  10% of trip cost in addition to standard booking fees

Less than 2 week Advance Booking Premium:  25% of trip cost in addition to standard booking fees

"Snowbird" Area Premium:  Florida, Texas Gulf Coast, and Arizona bookings from November - February are subject to additional booking fees; please contact us for more details
